The day’s first goal attained, our Timber Wolves came back down the switchback from the Indian statue and back to the trails.

As the day was wearing on, and our Timber Wolves were hungry, we decided to head back to the Valley Green Inn by the most expeditious route — Forbidden Drive, which runs along the western side of the Wissahickon Creek. But the young wolves’ enthusiasm for exploration was not dampened!
